Joy of Code - Online Web Page Design Workshop - COM-14
Start anytime from anywhere and be the only one in the class, so
you'll get plenty of attention! Learn XHTML and CSS
in this 12 week online workshop which is divided into two
sections. Read a chapter each week and then do a lab,
practicing what you've learned. Your lab work will be
reviewed by the teacher within 48 hours. You can adjust
the workshop's weekly schedule to fit your busy life. This
class assumes that you know nothing about HTML, but it's also
ideal if you know some code and wish to sharpen your skills so
that you can make HTML programs, like Dreamweaver, work best for

Instructor, Bud Kraus, has been teaching web designers
and developers since 1997 and is a faculty member of Pratt
Institute's Continuing Education and Professional Studies in New
York City.Section I - Weeks 1 - 7
Students will learn the basics, text markup, work with lists,
tables, links and
images.

Section II - Weeks 8 - 12
Students will get introduced to Cascading Style
Sheets and then work with forms & frames. Create any
web project of your choosing - a photo gallery, a blog, even
start your own business, under the watchful eye of an
