High schools may email records requests directly to our registrar Jonise Peloza at email@example.com, or they may choose to fax the requests to (219) 650-5334.
Colleges and universities may mail requests to the registrar, along with a $3 company check or money order and a release signed by the student, to the following address:

Current students and alumni may request transcripts, immunization records, and copies of birth certificates either in person in our Guidance/Counseling Office or through the Parchment website.
For those who choose to visit our office and order records in person, there will be a $3 charge for each transcript ordered, and all records ordered take at least one business day to process.
The Parchment link below provides the ability to request transcripts and various other records through Indiana e-Transcript. Records requested online are sent securely to the destinations that are selected. Requests may be tracked online and email notifications are sent when the requests are approved and again when the records have been delivered electronically or mailed, depending on the method of delivery chosen.
