Meals will be free to students this school year. Please be mindful of depositing funds in your child's meal account for ala carte purchases. To keep minimal contact, we will be cashless.
We care about our students
The Nutrition Services Department is made up of a team of food and nutrition professionals that are dedicated to students' health, well-being and their ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy habits for lifelong nutrition and fitness practices.
Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students. Breakfast is served daily in all our cafeterias. You can view the menu for each school by going to the "Menu" link at the left.
Managing your child's account
If your child owes a negative balance on his or her lunch account, you will receive weekly e-mails or letters sent home about this.
To make sure you are getting this information, make sure you are checking your child's school e-mail, junk mail or spam.
Please make payments online to your student's account through your Skyward Family Access. Unpaid meal account balances of $25 or more will be sent to collections.
If you have any questions, please call the Food Service department at 219-650-5300.
